Our hostess, Anna Di Martino was fantastic. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She suggested places of interest to visit and looked up bus and train times on the internet. She was most accommodating with the meals and changed the times to suit us. After shopping for a special dinner for us, she cooked an amazing 3 course meal, served with absolute perfection and the most delicious wine from the area. She is a wonderful hostess and we would highly recommend her 'pensionne'. We had a spacious room, with a balcony which had a sea view. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable.

This was a delightful small hotel run by a very special caring lady - all you could wish for is there - the splendid location by the sea and promenade. The breakfast was plentiful and the facilities are excellent. We shall definitely recommend it and return again.

This family-run B&B was a real find! The hostess, Anna, was so sweet and helpful. The coffee and breakfasts were wonderful, and the room was comfortable and quiet. We will definitely stay there again if we are ever back in Viareggio!

We stayed at La Viareggina for four days, everything was just perfect. The room was lovley and bright, cleaniness was of the highest standard. Anna who owns the hotel was the most fantastic host, nothing was too much trouble and always a smile. Location was excellent , inbetween the sea and the park. I would recommend La Viareggina to anyone.
